Is my purchase subject to sales tax?
We are required to charge sales tax to residents of Alabama, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Idaho, Massachusetts, New York, Washington, Wisconsin, Canada, and some European countries.

How can I make a tax-exempt purchase?
1. Please complete the registration process only at Left-Brain.com. PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT YOUR ORDER OR COMPLETE THE  CHECK OUT PROCESS.
2. Email Customer Service, or call us Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mountain Standard Time at 800.793.5697 or 970.663.4700. You will need to provide us with acceptable proof of exempt status for the state where the items will be shipped.
3. We will mark your account as tax exempt, and you will be notified that you can submit your order via our checkout process.

Is my transaction secure?
Left-Brain.com uses VeriSign encryption technology on all credit card transactions. When will my order be shipped?
Left-Brain.com notifies partners of orders immediately after your credit card information has been verified. In most cases, your order will be shipped within 2 business days.

What are my shipping options?
Orders are shipped within the U.S. and Canada via ground service. Shipment times vary but, in most cases, you can expect delivery within 5 to 7 business days within the U.S. and 7 to 10 business days to Canada. See below for more information regarding shipments outside the U.S.

International Shipping Information
Shipping methods and terms vary, but in most cases, Left-Brain.com products can be shipped outside the U.S. You can expect to receive your order within 3 to 4 weeks. Please read the following for terms, conditions, and restrictions.

Left-Brain.com is unable to process orders being shipped to the following countries: Balkans, Belarus, Burma, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast, Liberia, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, and Zimbabwe.

Shipping rates and fees vary depending on the weight of the product and the delivery address. Your package(s) may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility.

Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient, as neither we nor our partners have control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, please contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Furthermore, our partners may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.

Please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid, and some manufacturer service options may not be available. Product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages, and the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements. You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

I lost my receipt. Where can I get a copy? 
To retrieve a copy of your receipt, log on to the Left-Brain.com web site, select "Checkout", then "Edit Your Address Book".  Your order/billing history can be found at the bottom of the page along with your order number(s).

How do I cancel, change, or update my order?
If your order has not yet shipped, email  Customer Service, or call us Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mountain Standard Time at 800.793.5697 or 970.663.4700.  Please include your order number and contact information in all correspondence.

If your order has been received or is in transit, then please refer returns/refund/exchange information included with the original shipment. Unfortunately, we cannot process a refund for an order that is in transit. For more information, please see our refund/returns/ exchange policy below.

What is your refund/returns/exchange policy?
If you are unsatisfied with a product for any reason, notify Left-Brain.com within 30 days after the initial purchase date to receive a full refund. For electronic products, all copies must be destroyed.

Products may only be refunded one time. If you repurchase after previously receiving a refund, you waive your right to return that product at a later date.

Left-Brain.com monitors and limits the number of returns/refunds by any individual customer to 5 instances.

Can I order with a purchase order?
Purchase Orders by phone or email or fax: 913.514.3767 will be processed with the complete address, users name and correct email address for the trainee. The PO must be received before and invoice is sent. PO’s can be emailed or faxed to: 913.514.3767. Product will not mail until payment has been received. Contact Customer Service for direct assistance for you and your order.

How many people may use the training material? Can we purchase for our whole office?
Each training packet includes a single exam. The exam will be assigned to the name on the order.
